El Machismo Portfolio

We all have our heroes in sports, education, arts and entertainment. As you will see by this cast of characters, they surely are extremely talented heroes. Milton’s work is usually remembered for the ladies but as he would say “I’m just a photo – grapher”, Milti', as he was fondly referred to by his closest friends, was a man’s man!

Over the years, Milton captured some great male figures. A very old family friend, Jay Kanter, has remained dear to my family. As a man that has everything, I created this portfolio, as a gift. Then after doing all the Restoration and Digital Imaging I realized, “let’s make it an edition and share it with others who love photography as well.”

El Machismo Portfolio contains portraits of Milton H. Greene, Frank Sinatra, Charles Laughton, Bill Cosby, Dizzy Gillespie, Cary Grant, Anthony Perkins, Gregory Peck, Burton & O’Toole, Andy Warhol, Gene Kelly, Sammy Davis Jr., Jimmy Durante, Lee Marvin, Paul Newman, and Steve McQueen.

We are proud to release our newest group of images as a portfolio of 16 prints. The Machismo Portfolio will be limited to only 35 portfolios and 3 Artist Proof portfolios. The Archives will not make these 11x14 prints available individually, only as a portfolio.
